I am so excited to share a project I worked on with Burro Goods, one of my favorite shops in LA for all things swoon-worthy cookbooks, one of a kind kitchen and home goods, gorgeous tableware, and more. Together, we’re bringing you some of our favorite Fall recipes, with some gorgeous inspiration for table settings and a fun (and delicious) video to go along with it! The below is directly from Burro’s blog – be sure to head to their musings section for more goodness! For this collaboration, I curated and cooked a seasonal Fall menu – including one of my original recipes, and two recipes courtesy of Erin Gleeson’s gorgeous cookbook, “The Forest Feast“. As a note, for the salad, I use my go-to dressing, which is simply 3 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1/2 Teaspoon dijon mustard, 2 Teaspoons of chopped shallot, Zest and juice of 1 small lemon (or zest and juice of 1/2 large lemon) whisked together in a bowl or shaken up in a mason jar.
Did you make these recipes?
I want to see your delicious creation! Leave me a comment below, and share a photo and tag me on Instagram with the hashtag, #whatannieseating !
